My Story

For the last 16 years, I have witnessed so many positive changes in my loved ones, my friends, and the people around me who are facing unpredictable,  devastating circumstances that came into their lives.

Education, the Certification for Abuse - Recovery Coach and Addiction - Recovery Coach combined with personal experience, working as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and  Paraeducator gave me a great foundation and understanding to be a unique Coach who is able to help others.

I was a sales director, nurse’s assistant and massage therapist in Europe and relocated to the U.S. in 2001. My first job in the U.S. was as a cleaning lady, while I also took care of my young twin daughters. 

My husband and I divorced shortly after our son with special needs was born. Being a single mom with twin daughters and a son gave me a lot of opportunities to see my unhealthy decisions and my part in the poor choices that I had made... but I did not yet know that they were made based on my childhood trauma.

I grew up in Europe in a dysfunctional family with my three sisters, a short-tempered father, and a loving mother who was ill and died young. I wasn’t able to talk about my family dynamic until ten years after my mother died. 

As of now, whole my life makes  great sense to me. I am thankful for the awareness, presence, observation  and love I have every day.
